I wish I could set up a deal to purchase coffee. I must get this Coffee Shop off the ground. Better than Dunkin and Starbucks.

Japan has the proper building codes for earthquake and tsunami code. It's the stiffener that runs through the center of the building to absorb the shock wave. Send the special force engineers to Asia to go romp and find out the proper codes. It will lessen the amount of human capital needed to construct the building. After all, those men have agreed to the collective bargaining agreement.

Build parking facilities, that's not a concern that should be taken lightly. I am also concerned about the over building and over capacity on Port Royal. The soil composition is of such, that liquifaction should be a major concern. You have history. While teaching people to notice animals for strange be behaviors to avoid being overwhelmed by earthquake.

What's wrong with these power hungry JFF personnel? The same scripts used with the Reggae Boyz, is used with the Reggae Girls. Just ask Tappa and Winfried Schaefer!!!
