Rashid Khan reveals his marriage plans
The 21-year-old Rashid Khan recently in an interview dropped a bombshell and revealed his marriage plans.
“I will get engaged & married once Afghanistan wins the cricket world cup,” said Rashid in an interview with Azadi Radio.
Meanwhile, Rashid Khan was last seen in action against Ireland in a T20I series. The spinner picked 5 wickets in three 3 T20s and helped his side beat Ireland in the series. He has so represented his country in 7 Tests, 67 ODIs and 48 T20Is respectively in which he has amassed over 200 wickets.
The consistent spinner is part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad squad in the Indian Premier League. Rashid was been sensational in the IPL in the 46 matches he has played in the T20 league.
His wicket count in the IPL is 55 with his best figures being 3 for 19. He was all set to feature in the 13th edition of the IPL but unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic peaked and the season got postponed. Next up, he will turn up in the Caribbean Premier League which will get underway from August 18 in Trinidad and Tobago.
