2 oz rye whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Maraschino liqueur
10 dashes ANGOSTURA® Cocoa Bitters
3 Maraschino cherries on a cocktail pick
1 strip orange peel, about 3/4-inch wide
2-inch long ice cubes
Rub the edge of a tumbler glass with the orange zest, twist the zest and drop it into the glass. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, vigorously stir the rye, sweet vermouth, Maraschino liqueur and ANGOSTURA® cocoa bitters until well chilled. The outside of the cocktail shaker should turn frosty. Strain the cocktail over the orange peel into the prepared glass and garnish with the cherries. Cheers!
