Caribbean Airlines is reopening its ticket office in Bridgetown.

A press release was issued stating that the Barbados ticket office located at the Norman Centre Building, along Broad Street in Barbados’ capital city of Bridgetown will reopen from Wednesday, May 6, 2020.

With Barbados having entered Phase 2 in its quest to safely establish a new normal, the Caribbean Airlines notice said that due to restrictions related to COVID-19, the operating hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm until further notice.

However, the airport ticket office remains closed.

It was not clearly stated if business will be governed by the surname system that is in place at banks, supermarkets and government offices.

The airline’s Reservations Sales & Service Call Centre, and Trinidad & Tobago Airport Ticket Offices remain operational as well.

Beyond Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, City Ticket Offices and Airport Ticket Offices at all other Caribbean Airlines destinations in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and South America
will remain closed to the public until further advised.
